By Design: Threads will be held at the Custer County Art & Heritage Center, 2 miles off Interstate 94. Take Exit 135, follow the road to our sign and turn on Waterplant Road. Housed in an historic 1910 Municipal water treatment plant, the Art Center is located in scenic Waterplant Park and overlooks the Yellowstone River.
